Concierge

A luxury hotel in the heart of the United States is seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any inquiries or requests they may have during their stay.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for guests, whether it's recommending local attractions, making reservations for restaurants and activities, or arranging transportation. You will also assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle luggage, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the local area, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month with opportunities for growth within our company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for non-US citizens. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
