Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, and maintaining network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new devices and perform system upgrades as needed
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Provide training to clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools for hardware/software troubleshooting
