Computer Support Specialist
A dynamic and fast-paced IT company in Oslo is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and network devices
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of all customer inquiries in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues or potential improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
