Team Lead - Project Management and Coordination

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to join our project management and coordination team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. As the Team Lead, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
- Manage resource allocation and workloads to ensure efficient use of team members' skills and expertise
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to facilitate their professional growth and development
- Serve as a point of escalation for any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a project management or coordination role
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana preferred
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
