As a Painter in our company, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to surfaces according to the specific requirements of each project. You will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that all painting is completed to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paints and finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when working with hazardous materials
- Clean up equipment and work areas after each project is completed
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with safety regulations when working with paints and other chemicals
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for long periods of standing, bending, and lifting equipment
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills preferred but not required)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
