We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe installation of solar systems, while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems according to design plans
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar PV systems
- Conduct site surveys and assess potential installation locations
- Troubleshoot any issues with installation or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or apprenticeship preferred
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is required
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and systems is essential
- Basic understanding of building construction and roofing techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
