Surveyor - Land and Property
Location: Os, Nigeria


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Os, Nigeria. As a Surveyor - Land and Property, your main responsibility will be to conduct surveys and provide accurate measurements of land and property for various projects. This role will require you to have a strong understanding of surveying principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using various surveying equipment
- Record accurate measurements and prepare detailed reports
- Interpret legal documents related to land ownership and boundaries
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in surveys and provide solutions
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Surveyor, preferably in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, etc.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
