Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Bergen, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving any issues they may have with their computers, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Train users on new technology or software updates
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in computer support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
