Part-Time Mason in Bergen, Norway

Our construction company in Bergen, Norway is seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete, or other similar materials. You must have prior experience in masonry work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Knowledge of different masonry techniques and tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Constructing and repairing walls, floors, fireplaces, chimneys, or other structures according to specifications
- Mixing mortar and spreading it between bricks or stones using trowels
- Cutting or shaping bricks or stones using hammers or chisels
- Cleaning excess mortar from surfaces after the completion of work
- Ensuring worksite safety at all times
