Forum Moderator


As a Forum Moderator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging online community for our company's forum in Alta, Norway. You will moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and ensure that all content posted is in line with our company's policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Create and enforce forum rules and guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful community
- Review user-generated content for any violations or inappropriate material
- Work with the team to develop new strategies for increasing forum engagement
- Collaborate with other moderators to resolve any conflicts or issues within the community
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights on how to improve the forum experience for users

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community building
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing online communities
- Knowledge of SEO and social media management is preferred
