Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop solutions to improve system performance, usability, and overall functionality.
- Work closely with the IT team to implement new solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and implement changes.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Systems Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, databases, and security protocols.
- Proven experience developing solutions for complex system problems.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
