Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical structures and buildings in the city of Monte-Carlo. Your main duties will include conducting surveys and assessments of historical sites, developing preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also work closely with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the historical structures are maintained.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in preservation architecture. A strong understanding of historical preservation techniques and knowledge of local building codes is also required. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is preferred.
As this is a highly specialized position, we are seeking candidates who have a passion for preserving historical sites and a strong attention to detail. You must also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month and includes accommodation in Monte-Carlo. A biometric passport is also required for this role.
