Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction for projects in Monte-Carlo. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their needs and make recommendations based on your expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and adherence to building codes
- Oversee the budget for each project, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in architecture
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)

Salary: $1100/month without accommodation (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Monte-Carlo (applicants must have own visa or be eligible to work in Monaco)
