Architecture Manager



We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes planning, designing, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans according to client requirements and specifications
- Supervise and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review designs and provide feedback to improve functionality and aesthetics
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with a keen eye for design
