Architecture Manager

As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction within our company. You will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and building codes. This position is based in Monte-Carlo but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Review designs for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project life cycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
