Computer Systems Analyst


A rapidly growing technology company in La-Condamine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex computer systems, processes, and data to improve overall efficiency and functionality. You will work closely with various departments to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and programming languages, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Collaborate with different departments to determine business needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop plans for new system implementations or upgrades
- Test new systems or software to ensure functionality
- Troubleshoot issues with existing systems or software
- Train employees on how to use new systems or software
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems and programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, SQL)
- Experience with system analysis tools (e.g. UML, ERD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Biometric passport

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience working in the technology industry
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
