Android Developer


We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for the Android platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as troubleshooting and fixing bugs to ensure the best possible user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Android Developer
- Proficient in Java programming language
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Firebase services (e.g. Analytics, Cloud Messaging)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
