Our restaurant, located in La-Condamine, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and specials
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling software is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month.
