We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data on land and property boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Collect data on land and property boundaries to create accurate maps.
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work an average of 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in La Condamine, Monaco. Candidates must be able to commute to the office location.
