Junior Moderator in Fonvieille


We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Junior Moderator to join our team in Fonvieille. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online discussions, ensuring that all content is in line with our company's guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions on various platforms, including forums, social media, and chat rooms.
- Moderate user-generated content such as comments, posts, and messages.
- Enforce company policies and guidelines by removing inappropriate or offensive content.
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to senior moderators.
- Keep track of trends and report any potential issues to the team.
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English or related field preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a good understanding of grammar and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for those who require it.
