We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Greenland. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This position is suitable for women and offers visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients
- Assist with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
- Contribute to the development of new strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
