We are in search of a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in Greenland. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by anticipating their needs and assisting them with various inquiries and requests. You will also be responsible for coordinating reservations, managing check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other tasks such as arranging transportation, booking excursions, and recommending local attractions. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have a high level of professionalism, and be able to remain calm under pressure. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience or accommodation. However, candidates must possess a valid visa for Greenland and have at least a 12th-grade education.
