Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating architectural designs and plans for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure high-quality designs
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and present design proposals
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
