English Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. You should have a strong command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate with students of varying proficiency levels.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through exams, quizzes, and other assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance learning experience
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop new teaching strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with non-native English speakers
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and helping students improve their language skills

Salary: $1,400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan, Philippines (accommodation not provided)

Preferred Nationality: Filipino
