IT Manager - Dickirch, Nepal

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Nepal. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing our network and servers, implementing security measures, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with company objectives
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT budgets and expenses
- Oversee the procurement of new hardware and software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration and security protocols
- Experience with server management and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g. AWS)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
