IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring systems and data are secure and efficient. You will also be in charge of budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining hardware and software systems. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of systems and networks
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Create budgets for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvements
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month
