Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Herning. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshoot computer issues, and maintain computer systems and networks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Install and configure software applications and updates
- Set up new computers and devices for clients
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as virus scans and backups
- Document all support activities in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we will provide training on the job
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
