We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Herning. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support over the phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and repair computer equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in computer science or related field is preferred
- Previous experience working as a Computer Support Specialist is an asset but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
