Job Title: Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the work of architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and other project documentation
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
