Restaurant Manager



The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and increasing profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service
- Create and maintain budgets to maximize profitability
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing for supplies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other managers to create a cohesive team environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Proven track record of increasing profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)

Salary: 1300$

Location: Herning (accommodation not provided)
