Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker at our bakery in Herning, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This full-time position requires previous experience as a baker and a passion for creating delicious baked goods. You will work closely with our team to develop new recipes, maintain high quality standards, and manage inventory. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month and provide free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Train and supervise baking staff to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Develop new recipes and update existing ones based on customer feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and manage staff
- Flexible schedule to accommodate early morning shifts or weekends if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a culinary or baking program is a plus
- Experience with creating specialty items such as gluten-free or vegan products
- Multilingual skills (English, Danish) to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
