Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various online platforms to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist in generating leads and bringing in new customers through online channels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and proficient in using online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers' needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
