Part-Time Information Technology Manager



As a Part-Time Information Technology Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technology systems and infrastructure of our company in Bergen. You will be responsible for managing the IT department and ensuring that all technological resources are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as proficiency in various areas of information technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Oversee IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide necessary support
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for IT services
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role (at least 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security systems, and databases
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and programming languages (Java, SQL)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-tech individuals

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on experience)

City: Bergen, Norway

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
