Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facade Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades, ensuring their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or deterioration
- Perform necessary repairs to maintain the structural integrity of facades
- Install new facade materials or replace damaged sections as needed
- Clean and maintain facades to ensure they remain visually appealing
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete larger facade projects
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in construction or building maintenance preferred
- Prior experience in facade maintenance, repair, or installation is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of construction principles and materials
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at heights
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
