As a Registered Dietitian in our busy healthcare facility located in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nutrition care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans based on their medical conditions, food preferences, and cultural background
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility to enhance patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Active registration as a Dietitian with the Faroese Nutrition Association
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy for various disease states and conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively educate patients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per week for this full-time position.
