Job Title: Handyman
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position without accommodation, and a biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Repair or replace broken or damaged appliances
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with tenants in a professional manner
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Biometric passport is required for this position

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position.
