We are seeking a skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science, as well as experience with data mining tools and techniques. You will work closely with our team of analysts and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on your findings. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting data from various sources and organizing it into usable formats
- Utilizing data mining tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Communicating findings through reports and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Developing predictive models to forecast future trends
- Continuously monitoring data quality and implementing improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Proven experience with data mining tools such as SQL, R or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Master's degree in statistics or related field
- Experience working in the research industry or within a data-driven organization
