We are a leading construction company in Aarhus and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As the project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution. Your expertise in civil engineering combined with your strong leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
