Architectural Designer (Contract)

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience in creating functional and visually appealing architectural designs. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD or other software
- Develop design concepts that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and within regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies for innovative design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
