Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Aalborg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing menus, managing inventory and food costs, and leading a team of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and showcase seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence
- Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback for menu improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage kitchen operations and collaborate with front of house staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards

Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Aalborg, Denmark (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
