We are hiring an enthusiastic and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Aalborg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of different cuisines and culinary techniques. They should also have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively. This role offers a salary of 1300$ per month and does not require prior experience as an executive chef. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are innovative, diverse, and cater to various dietary restrictions
- Supervise food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
- Oversee inventory and purchasing of ingredients
- Create cost-effective strategies to maintain budget goals
- Conduct regular sanitation inspections to ensure kitchen meets health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or catering services

Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and knowledge of various cuisines
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Danish (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
