IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Managing a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support as needed
- Identifying areas for improvement in our systems and processes and implementing solutions to increase productivity
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy and security
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Managing the budget for IT operations, including purchasing equipment and software licenses
- Staying up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
