Junior Developer


We are hiring a Junior Developer to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Junior Developer, you will work under the guidance of senior developers and assist in the development and maintenance of software applications. This is an entry-level position, suitable for men with at least 1-2 years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications
- Write clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Assist in the maintenance and support of existing applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve development processes
- Work within project timelines and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and report progress regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in software development (preferably web or mobile)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug code effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL)
- Familiarity with web services (RESTful APIs)
- Experience working on open-source projects
