Part-Time Facade Specialist
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Part-Time Facade Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior facades of buildings, ensuring they are structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting exterior facades for damage or wear and tear
- Identifying areas that require repair or replacement
- Performing necessary repairs on facades, including patching, sealing, and painting
- Installing new panels or components as needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards
- Keeping track of materials and supplies needed for facade maintenance and repairs
- Collaborating with other team members to complete larger projects
- Communicating with clients about project timelines and updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of different facade materials such as glass, aluminum, and stone
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1000$ per month.
