Formwork Specialist
As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures based on architectural plans and specifications. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. Your main duties will include setting up forms, pouring concrete, and smoothing and finishing surfaces. You will also collaborate with other construction workers to ensure the timely completion of projects. This position is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.

To be successful as a Formwork Specialist, you should have excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Additionally, you must have strong mathematical skills to accurately measure and calculate materials needed for each project. Prior experience in formwork or carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Set up forms according to architectural plans
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using various tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Measure materials needed for each project accurately
- Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in formwork or carpentry preferred
- Proven experience in formwork or carpentry
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong mathematical skills for material calculations
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1800/month with accommodations provided
