Formworker for Construction Projects in Esbjerg, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building temporary structures and molds for concrete on construction sites. This role requires physical strength and endurance, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Build and set up forms for concrete pouring according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install supports and braces inside forms to hold concrete in place
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools
- Remove forms after concrete has dried
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for formwork

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials, bend, stand for long periods of time, and work in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
