Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for using your technical knowledge and expertise to assist in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans for new construction or renovation projects.
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings of building plans.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for project development.
- Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and material lists.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.
