Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials, as well as proficiency in using AutoCAD and other design software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity
- Research and stay updated on building codes, regulations, and materials
- Use AutoCAD and other design software to create 2D and 3D models
- Provide support in developing cost estimates for projects
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Willingness to conduct site visits as needed

This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment. We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month, as well as free visa sponsorship and flight ticket reimbursement for international candidates.
