Senior Architect - Part Time with Accommodation (Esbjerg, Denmark)


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark on a part time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Review and approve building plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make necessary adjustments to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
