Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager (Esbjerg, Denmark)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue for our hotel. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure efficient booking processes and maximize occupancy rates
- Lead the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems such as Opera or Amadeus is preferred
